Booking conditions

The reservation agreement comes into effect on the date the reservation principal is credited to the seller's bank account:

Reservation Period: The property will be reserved for the buyer for a period of 30 days from the effective date of the reservation agreement.

If a contract for a future purchase contract is not concluded within the specified period, the reservation will expire and the reservation deposit will be settled according to the conditions set out in the GTC and the reservation contract.

The Buyer acknowledges that the reservation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which are an integral part of the contractual documentation.

Commercial corporations acknowledge that they are not subject to consumer protection provisions, and the contractual relationship is governed by the terms and conditions agreed between the contracting parties.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the conditions specified in the reservation contract and the GTC apply.
