Family houses in Pětihosty

An exclusive project of ten family homes in the village of Pětihosty, just 20 minutes from the center of Prague. Scheduled completion: Q3 2025.

The site is located in the Praha-východ district of the středočeský region in the village of Pětihosty. The main concept is to approach the location with care, architecturally connecting to the surrounding structures with a traditional character, respecting the rural charm and the diversity of the original urban design. This includes eliminating strict street lines, irregular arrangement of buildings, the use of classic materials, and incorporating abundant green spaces.
